this beautiful creature walked through the back yard.

Hawk on a Post

Came home and saw a Hawk on the

post in the back yard. I took a quick 

picture from my phone and then

ran inside to grab my good camera.

But he was gone and up in another tree.

Got Birds

It took a little while for word to get out, but

the birds now visit our feeder daily.

Here are a few picture of the

ones that sit still long enough for

me to get photos.

This is a painted bunting

We also get blue jays, black birds and doves.

New Bird

This is the first bird to show up at the feeder

I finally got a picture of this bird so I could zoom in

and try to find out what it is.
