Final Walkthrough

Today is the day.

 

Final walkthrough then off to the closing.

 

We are now a multi home owner.

Yikes.

 

By the end of the day we grabbed a few things

and spent the first night in our new house.

I will not miss this

But maybe this view

 

 

Last Sundy at Home

Today is the last Sunday at home in PSL.

 

So between packing and watching football I am just trying to

enjoy everything about this house.

 

While packing today I had bird friends playing in the front yard.

I will miss the view of the pool and canal.

Our Ducky friends and other bird friends

 

 

Let me just say - I love this house and it has been

our home for 21 years. It has been the longest place I

have ever lived. So I know I will miss it but I am

very happy about our new house and it will be a wonderful

place for us. Plus close to work too.

 

 

 

 



Walkthrough Day

Today is the first walkthrough.

 

We checked everything and made a list

of repairs/touch-ups.

 

Now we will try to stay away for a week.

Birthday Visit

Road trip this morning to spend the day with Grandma Judy.

Today is her Birthday and we went to Bucca's for dinner.

 

We all enjoyed our food and had a fun evening.

Rainbow Day

Double rainbow on the way home from work today.

We are getting closer

We are getting closer to the final walk through.

They still have a lot to finish and touch-up.

Only the final inspection left for permitting.

So we will see what next week brings.

 

 

Grass and More

This is the Sat. catch up on the house.

We are not locked out so have to come by

when people are working.

 

We got grass and landscaping.

 

 

And a tree in the back yard.

 

Kitchen is coming along

We got our mail box, but the did not have enough grass.

I can't believe how big this lot ended up being, look at all that grass.

 

 

Gutters and more

We got gutters today.

 

 

Yard was graded and brick paver work completed.

Kitchen back splash almost done.

 

Football and Open House

Football and Open house at the same time

was no fun at all. But it may have been

worth it. Plus we all got together.

I now remember why I pay for

Directv

I am not one for sitting for hours with

annoying people watching several games

at once . If it's a Steelers Bar - okay.

But give me my Directv.

 

Anyway the whole point was to

get together, sort of later Birthday dinner, eat and watch football.

I think we accomplice that.

We got counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms today.

I tried out my new nail plates.

are Birthday theme.

I went with a coral and teal color combo.

These color don't photograph well.
