New Years Eve

We are puppy sitting for new years eve.

As we are flying tomorrow.

Trip to PA to visit Kristina and go to AFC wild card game.

Meeting up with Eric, Melissa and Connor.

So back to the spoiled puppy.

He got a nice bath and new chewy bones.

We walked and played and then

watched football, only he fell asleep.

Orlando ICE

Christmas at Gaylord Palms, Marriott

We have never been at this resort before and I

saw the " ICE " featured on a show about

Christmas places to visit in Florida.

So off we went.

First stop was " On the Blocks ICE bar "

This is a new feature for this year. I am pretty

sure I would not have been able to stay inside without

this stop first. We had Johnny Appleseed cider first

and then a specialty drink. ( Adult chocolate milk) not

sure what was in it but I was warmer.

 

The theme this year was " The Nutcracker "

This attraction is kept at a chilly 9 degrees.

Has 2 million pounds of hand carved ice sculptures.

Slides and tubing runs. ( which cost extra )

All it did is remind me why I live in Florida.

I hate the cold.

It was okay but alot of money to

look at ice for a short amount of time.

So J went fishing and poor Mahi

was left home alone since it was too cold to 

take him out fishing.

Of course I had to go get him.

He was so happy !

                              

I also had visitors of the bird kind

we even put up a few lights out front
