A Monday Off

Spent the day on the water.

Great day in the Ocean air.

I didn't take too many photo's since I have

new phone without a cover so just

too afraid to mess it up.

AC and Landscaping

We came down Thurs night so we would be

here for the new A/C unit installation.

Did not want to wait for it to fail in the middle of summer as

we have enough warning signs and this was on the to do list.

While the A/C was an all day install we worked on the yard.

We added sand and teal glass rocks to the landscape bed.

Here is the after photos. 

Love the beachy look of the backyard.

Things are looking good.

Can't wait for a pineapple to grow.

Trump Birthday Parade

Not only was it Flag Day, but also 

President Donald Trump's Birthday.

Happy Birthday President Donald Trump

Great to see all the boats and people along the shoreline

with flags and the american spirit, really makes you feel good.

Deck Done

Now time to go fishing 

or just have fun :)

Deck Part 2

Johnathan came down to help us with the deck project.

What we thought was a 3inch thick concrete step turned out to

be a 6 inch thick concrete slab. We now think was poured with the

original foundation. They don't make concrete like this anymore.

So needless to say it was not a easy process to remove and with limited tools.

Lucky enough to have a concrete saw and chipping tools were enough

to score and break apart in chunks. 

Once that was out of the way they were able to start framing.
